Terms & License

These terms govern your use of Toggle Music ("the App"), developed and licensed by Besian Shala, Italy. The App is sold through Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record. By buying or using the App you agree to these terms.

1. License

When you purchase Toggle Music, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on Macs that you own or control, for your personal or internal business use. The App is licensed, not sold.

2. What you may not do

  • Resell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the App or your license key.
  • Share your license key publicly or with people outside your control.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except where this is expressly permitted by applicable law.
  • Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices.

3. Apple Music & Apple

Toggle Music is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. "Apple Music" and "MusicKit" are trademarks of Apple Inc. To use the App you need your own active Apple Music subscription and account; we do not provide music content, and your use of Apple Music is governed by Apple's own terms.

4. Ownership

We and our licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the App. This agreement does not transfer any ownership to you.

5. Updates

We may release updates to the App. Updates are provided at our discretion and are covered by these terms. The App may check for and download updates automatically; you can disable this in the App's settings.

6. Right of withdrawal & refunds

As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase of digital content. However, because the App is digital content delivered immediately, this right is lost once delivery begins, provided you have given your prior express consent and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal (Art. 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83). At checkout you will be asked to give this consent before downloading.

Beyond your legal rights, if the App does not work as described, use the contact form within 14 days of purchase and we will help troubleshoot or, at our discretion, issue a refund. Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record.

7. Warranty disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. This does not affect mandatory statutory warranty rights you have as a consumer under Italian and EU law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death/personal injury caused by negligence).

9. Termination

This license ends automatically if you breach these terms. On termination you must stop using and delete the App.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence in the EU continue to apply in your favour.
